Everything you need to know about accessing and using the worksheets.
Need help fast? To access the worksheets, you'll need your email address and the access code printed inside your copy of The Good Life Discovery Guide. Head to the worksheets page to get started.
The access code is printed inside your copy of The Good Life Discovery Guide. Look for it on the Chapter One opening page. It reads: Access code: GLDG_Activities
The process is the same regardless of where you purchased — Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, or anywhere else. Simply open your copy of the book, find the access code, then visit the worksheets page and enter your email and that code.
No account needed. Just enter your email address and the access code from inside the book. That's it — you'll get immediate access to all 9 worksheets.
Your email helps Mira stay in touch with readers — sharing updates, new resources, and occasional notes about the work. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your email will never be sold or shared with third parties.
Please reach out via the contact page with proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation) and Mira's team will help you out.
The book is deliberately designed with three entry points in every chapter. Nudges are Level 1 — quick, low-stakes actions that are the minimum recommended for every reader as you move through each chapter. Notes are Level 2 — reflective prompts to complete alongside the chapter text. Good Life Labs are Level 3 — deeper dives for when you're ready to go further.
There's flexibility in how you experience it. You might do the Nudges and Notes as you read, then return to the Good Life Lab later. You can also revisit earlier worksheets as your thinking evolves — the guide is designed to grow with you.
Both the website worksheets and the downloadable PDFs have fillable text fields for typing directly in. The website version auto-saves in your browser while you type. The PDF version works best in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) — open, fill in, and save to your device. Both look great on paper too — use the Print button on the website version, or print directly from Acrobat.
Your answers are saved in your own browser as you type — think of it like a notepad that lives on your device, not on the internet. Nobody else can see what you write, and nothing is sent to us or stored anywhere online. Your reflections are completely private.
Because nothing is stored on a server, the only way to preserve your answers between sessions is to save them locally to your own device and upload the file again next time. This is intentional — it's the privacy-first approach, meaning your data never leaves your computer.
Here's how it works: when you're done for the day, click the 💾 Save Progress button at the bottom of the worksheet. It downloads a small file to your computer. Next time you open the worksheet, click 📂 Load Progress, choose that file, and all your answers will be restored exactly where you left off.
Each chapter contains four layered activity types:
It varies by chapter and your pace. The Nudges and Notes are quick — 5 to 15 minutes. The Mid-Chapter Lab and Good Life Lab are designed to unfold over days or a week. There's no right pace. Go slow if you need to.
There are 9 worksheets — one for each main chapter (Chapters 1–9) of The Good Life Discovery Guide. Each combines all four activity types for that chapter into a single interactive file.
The worksheets are for personal use by book owners. Please don't share the download page link or the access code publicly. If someone in your life would benefit, the best gift is the book itself — which includes access to all worksheets.
Absolutely — book clubs are a wonderful way to work through the guide together. Each member should have their own copy of the book and can access the worksheets individually. For larger groups or company use please reach out.
Try opening the worksheet in a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). The worksheets use standard HTML and don't require any plugins. If you're still having trouble, please contact us and we'll help.
Click the Print / Save PDF button on any worksheet. In the print dialog, choose "Save as PDF" instead of a printer. This creates a clean, formatted PDF of your completed worksheet that you can save anywhere.
Yes — the worksheets are fully responsive and work on phones and tablets. For the best experience filling them in digitally, a tablet or laptop is ideal. For printing, any device works.
